Cook with Sheevangi Episode 1: Chicken Sambal.

I had gone to bed quite late after all the partying at Teresa's birthday party and hence I had foresee a lazy Sunday where I am going to wake up late and just be a couch potato.

Well, I WAS WRONG!

It was 9.15am and mommy love had came to wake me up for breakfast and insisted that I start the day early. Moreover, I heard "Let's cook today!" but I thought I heard the wrong thing but no, she meant it when she said it. So, it was the first South Indian dish I was going to learn to cook from Mom and that was one of her specials (Chicken Sambal!).

It was a success with a patient and excellent cook like my mother although she gets paranoid about me handling heat inbetween the cooking lessons. Hahaha!

Oh well, this is just one of her many specialities and I want to start learning more and expertise in it. That's all, till I learn more recipes and get to share it with y'all!
