A cafe date with my Shamini @ Salted Caramel.
I guess I will never get enough of seeing Shamini and talking to her. We just met for Holi on Saturday but we needed our alone time to satisfy both our crazy sweet tooth.
I have always heard of close friends visiting "Salted Caramel" and re-visiting it which definitely made want to give it an attempt too. Hence, I had decided to visit the cafe with Shamzy!
We went there with the intention of getting waffles with ice-cream but we were distracted by the brownies which looked so tempting and it did not deceive us. We decided to go with an individual set of brownies with our preferred scoop of ice-cream.
I had mine with a scoop of Peanut-Butter flavoured ice-cream while she had hers with a scoop of Milo Crunch. Both flavours were too good that just one scoop was not enough. Moreover, when they melted alongside with the warm brownies in our mouths filling our tummies with lots of love and satisfaction.
I am very particular about the quality of food more than its quantity, especially if I were to be paying for it in a recommended cafeteria or restaurant. This one was not pricey, not deceiving and not a one-time visit kind of Artisanal Ice-Cream Cafeteria. Their service was a plus point too as I am easily put off by horrible customer service presentation.
On overall, I totally enjoyed my serving of dessert at Salted Caramel and am looking forward to trying their wider choice of varieties which would mean that I want to be visiting this place more often. It is located at quite a centralized area too as Upper Thomson has a number of bus services travelling pass the bus-stops nearby which makes it convenient for me as well. Perfect-O! :D
Happy Tummy = Happy Swangz!
I have finally visited one of the food places in this wide stretch of goodness located at Upper Thomson.
SALTED CARAMEL: CHECKED.
Lots of love,
